	UPMC Health Plan Provider Online Tutorial Produced for UPMC Health Plan. Target audience was prospective and current UPMC Health Plan providers. I was project manager for this tutorial and worked with an outside vendor to ensure design and navigation met UPMC's needs.
	Clarion University of Pennsylvania Get a Life CD-rom Produced for Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Target audience was prospective students and incoming freshmen. The CD began as a class project, as the class ended more work still needed to be completed. Four students were asked to complete the CD. I was one of the four.
